Manager, Business Data Solutions (SaaS) | Hybrid in Tampa, FL (Hybrid/EST)

We're seeking a Manager, Business Data Solutions to lead a team of clinical and technical solution consultants supporting the implementation and optimization of our enterprise healthcare software for healthcare organizations. This role combines people leadership of a small team, customer consulting, solution architecture, and AI-driven process improvement to deliver successful client outcomes.

What You'll Do

\n
    \n
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of solution consultants and subject matter experts.
    • \n
  • Drive successful software implementations from requirements gathering through deployment and post-go-live support.
    • \n
  • Partner with customers to design scalable solutions, integrations, and workflows that align with clinical and operational goals.
    • \n
  • Oversee complex integrations using REST APIs, HL7, FHIR, XML, JSON, SQL, Postman and other interoperability standards.
    • \n
  • Champion the adoption of AI-enabled tools to improve documentation, analysis, testing, and delivery efficiency.
    • \n
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers on best practices, interoperability, and solution strategy.
    • \n
  • Lead technical troubleshooting, customer escalations, and cross-functional collaboration.
    • \n
  • Define future-state integration architectures and guide migration from legacy interfaces to modern API-first platforms.

What We're Looking For

\n
    \n
  • 5+ years of experience in solution consulting, systems integration, implementation, or technical consulting within healthcare technology.
    • \n
  • Strong Utilization Management, Care Management, Pharmacy Management, and Appeals
    • \n
  • Some previous people leadership or team management experience.
    • \n
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards including HL7, FHIR, REST APIs, XML, JSON, and SQL.
    • \n
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS implementations, cloud platforms (AWS preferred), and AI-enabled technologies.
    • \n
  • JIRA or other ticketing system knowledge.
    • \n
  • Excellent communication, customer-facing consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
    • \n
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • \n
  • Drug Screen and Background Check will be required (Federal Healthcare Requirement)
    • \n
  • Hybrid in Tampa - Required.
