LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Location: Sparta, North Carolina Facility: Lotus Village Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation Shift: 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM (Night Shift) Job Summary Lotus Village Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team. In this role, you will provide direct, resident-centered nursing care in a skilled nursing environment while supporting overall clinical outcomes and quality of life for residents. Key Responsibilities Administer prescribed medications via oral, topical, and subcutaneous routes in accordance with clinical guidelines Perform routine nursing procedures such as sterile dressing changes, catheter care, and specimen collection Monitor and record vital signs and observe residents for changes in condition Identify and promptly report significant changes in patient status to the supervising RN or physician Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation Support individualized care planning through communication with the interdisciplinary team Provide resident and family education related to treatment plans, recovery, and chronic condition management Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and overall well-being at all times Qualifications Active LPN license in good standing in the state of North Carolina Current CPR and First Aid certification Strong clinical observation, critical thinking, and documentation skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care What We Offer Competitive hourly rate: $32 – $38/hour Daily Pay access 401(k) retirement savings plan Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) options Flexible scheduling, including 8-hour and 12-hour shifts Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Supportive, team-focused work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Lotus Village Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation
