About the Role:

Robert M Bagoff DMD LLC is looking for an experienced and motivated Dental Office Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our practice in West Orange, NJ. Responsibilities:

Oversee daily front office operations including scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination

Manage patient accounts, billing, insurance verification, and claims submission

Handle accounts receivable, collections, and end-of-day financial reporting

Recruit, train, and supervise front desk and administrative dental staff

Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and dental office policies

Serve as the primary point of contact for patient concerns and conflict resolution

Coordinate with the dentist to optimize appointment scheduling and treatment planning workflows

Requirements:

3+ years of dental office management or senior front desk experience required

Proficiency in dental practice management software (Dentrix)

Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and coding (CDT codes)

Excellent skills in positn insurance payments to Dentrix Ledger

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to manage a team and maintain a positive office culture

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred
