Job Details

• Schedule: 7 days on, 7 days off — 8 AM to 5 PM with evening and weekend on-call duties
• Patient Load: 9 to 10 patients daily
• Admissions/Discharges: 1 to 2 daily; on busier days, this may increase to 3 or 4
• Setting: Inpatient psychiatric unit
• Patient Demographics: Mixed acuity adult psychiatry
• Experience Required: Familiarity with involuntary commitment processes is essential
• Team Leadership: You will lead a multidisciplinary treatment team
• Average Length of Stay: 3 to 4 days per patient
