GS-5: $ 40,736 to $ 52,957 GS-7: $ 50,460 to $ 65,599 To qualify for a GS-07, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience performing administrative or human resources-related work, such as assisting with personnel actions, staffing activities, document preparation, records management, customer service, maintaining data, or performing similar support functions. To qualify for a GS-05, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Sound judgment, integrity, and attention to detail.
