Job Description The Campus Visit Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting UNLV’s recruitment and enrollment objectives by planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of the campus visit experience. Manage individual and group tours, host specialized visit programs, and coordinate outreach initiatives designed to attract and engage prospective students and their families. Recruit, train, and supervise a dynamic team of student tour guides and front desk staff to deliver exceptional customer service and accurate information. Collaborate with academic colleges, student services, and community partners to design and implement visit experiences that highlight program strengths, campus culture, and resources. Assess and refine visit programs using feedback and data to continuously improve quality and effectiveness, contributing directly to enrollment growth and student success. Serve as the lead for the Glitter Squad, a high‑energy student team that enhances visitor experience through enthusiasm, school pride, and personalized interactions. Partner with the Assistant Director of Events and Programs to plan and execute high‑impact recruitment and yield events, including open houses, college partner programs, and major exploration events. Assist with call campaigns and outreach efforts to support Enrollment Management initiatives and encourage prospective students to take next steps in the admissions process. Demonstrate flexibility, including evening and weekend work for Saturday tours, special visit programs, and events. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution recognized by the United States Department of Education or the Council on Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA). 1–3 years of related professional experience. Required Experience (Preferred) At least one year of related professional experience or a Master’s Degree. Experience in event coordination, student services, or campus outreach is highly desirable.
