Entry-Level Sales Representative

Location: Allentown, PA
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
Compensation: $40,000 OTE inclusive of uncapped commissions

Are you a motivated, people-oriented professional looking to break into sales? We're seeking an energetic and driven Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our growing team in Allentown, PA.

No extensive sales experience required. Training, tools, and support are provided.

What You'll Be Doing

• Proactively reaching out to prospective customers via outbound calls
• Booking qualified meetings with SME and Enterprise businesses
• Identifying key decision-makers and gathering valuable account insights
• Starting consultative conversations about how solutions can support business growth
• Delivering a professional, positive experience on every interaction

• Confident, engaging communicators who enjoy talking to people
• Strong organization and time management skills
• A positive, self-starter mindset with a drive to succeed
• Comfort using Microsoft Office and online tools

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Eagerness to learn and develop professionally
