Project Manager - Commercial Construction

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This individual will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle for commercial projects ($5M-$30M)
• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication
• Collaborate with estimating and preconstruction teams during planning phases
• Oversee procurement and subcontractor buyouts
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and vendors
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout project execution

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
• Proven experience managing projects in the $5M+ range
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and cost control
• Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Experience working with local subcontractors and vendors in the Tampa market preferred
