Project Manager – National Commercial Construction

A growing national construction management / general contracting firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This position is based out of our Pinellas County, Florida office, managing commercial tenant build-out projects across the United States.We specialize in fast-paced retail and commercial environments, with project values ranging from $5,000 to $3,000,000. If you thrive in a dynamic setting and enjoy managing multiple projects from concept to completion, this is a great opportunity.

What You’ll Do

Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously
Take projects from concept through design, estimating, buyout, permitting, and construction
Coordinate with clients, landlords, municipalities, and subcontractors across multiple markets
Utilize Procore construction management software, Smartsheets, Dropbox, and Excel spreadsheets
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to company standards
Support and coordinate on-site supervision and field operations
Provide ongoing property services coordination and support for existing clients across multiple locations
Drive schedules, solve problems, and make decisions daily

What We’re Looking For

Strong multi-project management and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive mindset
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Experience managing commercial construction projects preferred
Familiarity with Procore or similar construction management software
