Project Manager – National Commercial Construction
A growing national construction management / general contracting firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This position is based out of our Pinellas County, Florida office, managing commercial tenant build-out projects across the United States.We specialize in fast-paced retail and commercial environments, with project values ranging from $5,000 to $3,000,000. If you thrive in a dynamic setting and enjoy managing multiple projects from concept to completion, this is a great opportunity.
What You’ll Do
- Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously
- Take projects from concept through design, estimating, buyout, permitting, and construction
- Coordinate with clients, landlords, municipalities, and subcontractors across multiple markets
- Utilize Procore construction management software, Smartsheets, Dropbox, and Excel spreadsheets
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to company standards
- Support and coordinate on-site supervision and field operations
- Provide ongoing property services coordination and support for existing clients across multiple locations
- Drive schedules, solve problems, and make decisions daily
What We’re Looking For

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing commercial construction projects preferred
- Familiarity with Procore or similar construction management software
