Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and taking orders or routing calls appropriately.
- Assisting walk-in customers with their orders and processing cash payments.
- Monitoring a shared office email inbox for incoming orders or customer requests.
- Performing clerical duties such as filing, basic data entry, emailing invoices/statements, and scheduling deliveries.
- Tracking office supply inventory and restocking when needed.
