APPLICANTS MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN PERSON ON-SITE Position Summary/Objective: The Email & SMS Marketing Manager will spearhead campaign strategy and execution across multiple countries and platforms on behalf of Born Primitive. This role will play a crucial part in defining and implementing Email and SMS marketing strategies with a global reach. The responsibilities for the Email & SMS Marketing Manager will encompass managing subscription campaigns, overseeing automated flows, and executing promotional emails from strategy to implementation, all grounded in the best practices of e-commerce. Responsibilities Manage Email/SMS strategy and execution for all brands across the US and International markets Build Email/SMS campaigns and optimize new and existing flows using Klaviyo / Recart to engage with existing customers (retention) and attract new ones (acquisition) Identify and define customer segments, and individually tailor campaigns to maximize performance and achieve KPIs Audit customer segments on a regular basis to eliminate low-quality or non-performing leads/segments Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Creative and Product, to ensure cohesive campaign execution Establish KPIs for campaigns, flows and specific segments that are aligned with larger business objectives Analyze Email/SMS data and report regularly to senior leadership Apply analysis insights to future Email/SMS strategy and campaigns Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 5+ years' experience with marketing automation platforms (Klaviyo Preferred) 5+ years' experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional email marketing campaigns (including automated flows) from concept to completion; including testing, sending, and reporting for an established brand(s) 5+ years' experience using analytical tools to measure performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and apply insights to future campaigns 5+ years' experience using customer research, data and metrics to identify trends, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of various programs and campaigns Proven experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Preferred) Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills Strategic self-starter Physical Requirements: This is a primarily sedentary position, however, standing desks are available for use. Associates may occasionally climb stairs, bend, stoop, walk, lift up to 10 lbs, and crouch as needed. Rarely associates in this position may be asked to push/pull up to 50 lbs, work in extreme conditions (heat/cold), and/or travel on a voluntary basis.
