Elwood Staffing is now hiring Loader/Unloaders and Line Workers. This position involves moving raw meat products throughout the production process in a clean, temperature-controlled facility. Employees may load and unload product, transfer materials between equipment, and assist in keeping production running smoothly. This is NOT a slaughterhouse environment. The facility is very clean, with no blood, strong odors, or animal processing activities.

Lineworker Details:
- Temporary position
- $12.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Weekend work required
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:30am to 05:30pm )
- Load and unload raw meat products from racks and trucks.
- Transfer product from one piece of equipment to another.
- Assist with production line operations.
- Follow food safety and quality procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Lineworker Qualifications:
- Frequent bending, stooping, turning, twisting, and overhead lifting.
- Regular movement throughout the shift.
- Most products weigh less than 10 pounds.
- Occasional lifting of boxes up to 50 pounds at the end of the production line.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
