Clinical Site Supervisor- 27th Street Franklin Clinic

Orthopedic Institute of Wisconsin (OIW) is seeking an experienced Clinical Site Supervisor in Franklin, WI. The supervisor will provide day‑to‑day leadership and operational oversight of the Clinical site 5 days per week, ensuring efficient, smooth operations and alignment with organizational standards. Primary Responsibilities Plan, lead, organize and control site non‑exempt staff with a supervisory approach. Approve all time‑off, PTO and administrative functions related to attendance, discipline and other UKG‑related responsibilities. Administer employee development, discipline, employee relations, and conflict management protocols in conjunction with the Director of Clinical Operations and HR as needed. Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide coaching and counseling for development. Maintain a safe, neat, clean and functional physical space. Receive, manage and process work order requests; ensure problems are resolved quickly. Act as liaison between employees and outside contractors for specialized problem resolution. Draft and implement preventive maintenance schedules for buildings and equipment. Ensure safety standards are followed throughout the facility. Apply or assist with application for required environmental permits. Maintain inventory of supplies and reorder as needed. Audit in conjunction with Service Lead Coordinator. May spend up to 50% of time on other duties or 100% solely on this position as directed by the Director of Clinical Operations. Perform other related duties as assigned. Education / Certification High School graduate or GED required. Associate’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Accounting, or related field (Preferred). Experience Five (5) years of experience as a Lead or Supervisor in a physician office business office. Experience in a small practice environment strongly preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software necessary for reports and logs. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to perform well in a fast‑paced environment. At least two years of related experience required. Physical / Mental Demands Continuous computer use, prolonged periods of sitting, frequent use of telephone and smart devices. Repetitive grasping and hand manipulation; continuous verbal communication. Occasional reaching, walking, squatting, bending, kneeling, twisting, and climbing. Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 25 lbs. Occasional exposure to confined, noisy, or dusty environments. Ability to memorize and retain instructions and read and interpret detailed information. Mental competency. Physical accommodations will be provided when necessary and feasible.
