What You'll Do

As a Global Remote Client Advisor , you'll combine customer service, relationship building, benefits education, and consultative insurance sales in a fully virtual environment.

Connect With Clients

• Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments

• Connect with individuals and families who have requested benefit information

• Ask questions to understand each client's needs and priorities

• Provide a professional and personalized client experience

• Answer questions clearly and accurately

• Build trust through active listening, professionalism, and dependable follow-up

Once properly licensed, you'll:

• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
