Maintenance and Facilities Supervisor

Maintenance and Facilities Supervisor for an innovative and growing Aerospace Engineering and Manufacturing Company. Benefits Competitive base salary and overall compensation package Full benefits: medical, dental, vision Generous PTO, vacation, sick, and holidays Life insurance coverage 401(k) with generous company match Responsibilities Supervise and lead hourly maintenance mechanics and facilities personnel, including goal setting, training, performance management, coaching, scheduling, and safety compliance. Direct preparation of specifications, layouts, drawings, and cost estimates for facility requirements and improvements. Plan, organize, and administer maintenance and facilities systems, procedures, budgets, controls, and continuous‑improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, and OSHA regulations. Oversee the purchasing of plant non‑inventoried materials and facility‑related supplies.
