Federally Qualified Health Center is looking to hire a bi-lingual (Spanish/English) Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP to work in a primary care setting located in the Queens, NY area!

- This federally qualified health center was founded in 1976 and provides primary care, dental, and mental health services.

Your Role with the Company :
- Monday-Friday position
- FNP will utilize specialized knowledge and skills in performing family practice health assessments
- Family Nurse Practitioner will prescribe treatment modalities, establish plans of care, and promote the continuum of care with other health care providers
- Advanced Practice Provider may write prescriptions for medications without the co-signature of a physician
Background Profile:
- Board certified Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP
- 1-3 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner in a primary care or acute care setting
- Bi-lingual in Spanish/English required
