You lead with ownership, think strategically, act decisively, and build strong partnerships that drive meaningful results.The Director of Operations leads the campus account and serves as the strategic partner to the client, ensuring all programs align with business objectives and contractual commitments. This role translates vision into disciplined operational execution, delivering exceptional workplace dining and hospitality experiences while driving measurable financial and performance results.As a visible and engaged leader, you guide General Managers, chefs, and operations teams across the campus, building high performing teams grounded in accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You ensure consistency, quality, financial stewardship, safety, and full alignment with Guckenheimer standards.Success in this role is defined by an unwavering commitment to hospitality, operational excellence, and delivering exceptional guest experiences every day. Success is measured by sustained client satisfaction, operational excellence, strong financial performance, high levels of guest engagement, development of strong operations and culinary leaders, and flawless execution of contractual commitments.Key responsibilities include leading all campus operations with a hospitality first mindset, partnering closely with the Key Account Manager, driving disciplined execution, overseeing financial performance, ensuring operational systems function effectively, leading new service launches, supporting client retention and growth efforts, facilitating leadership alignment meetings, maintaining a visible presence on site, and embedding food and workplace safety into daily campus operations.Core competencies include leadership and influence, client and guest focus, operational excellence, drive and accountability, adaptability and composure, inclusive leadership, and integrity.Physical requirements include the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift a minimum of twenty five pounds, maintain professional appearance standards, thrive in high volume environments with time sensitive demands, and adhere to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) policies and procedures.
