VP, Health & Wellness - Dental Growth Analytics

Provide actionable insights into the effectiveness and impact of Health & Wellness Dental initiatives Serve as a subject matter expert and business consultant, translating business needs and performance trends into insights and recommendations Build comprehensive customized client reporting and analytic solutions for internal customers and external clients Support large client growth and software technology partners Drive open-ended analyses to optimize provider and client behavior Present complex analytical information to sales leadership through effective storytelling Lead business KPI design and measurement, improve accuracy, and recommend investment optimization opportunities Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, IT, Credit, Finance, Analytics, and other cross-functional stakeholders Supervise team members, drive efficiency, and optimize standard processes Manage projects and internal/external client stakeholders Support ideation, design, launch, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance of analytic solutions Requirements Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of analytics experience; OR in lieu of degree, a high school diploma and 9+ years of analytics experience 7+ years of analytics experience 5 years of analytics experience establishing and managing sales and/or marketing analytics in the healthcare, financial services, credit card and/or payments industry 5 years leading large-scale analytics projects 5 years of experience utilizing database/analytics tools (SQL, SAS, Python) and digital analytics tools such as Tableau Strong Excel experience 3+ years of client-facing experience, including influencing business decisions with senior-level leaders Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required Must be 18 years or older Must have a high school diploma or equivalent Must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of onboarding Must satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act Legal authorization to work in the U.S. required; employment visa sponsorship unavailable Desired: Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, economics, finance, business, or another quantitative field Desired: Health and wellness analytics or health/dental provider experience Preferred: Credit card industry experience Preferred: MBA or advanced degree in statistics, decision science or predictive analytics Strong knowledge and high proficiency in SAS, R, Python, and Tableau Strong project management, communications, and multitasking skills; ability to work independently under tight timelines Understanding of financial services industry P&L drivers and key sensitivities, with business performance reporting experience Core Competencies Demonstrates extensive experience in analytics, particularly in sales and marketing within the healthcare and financial services sectors.
