Allied Universal is Currently Hiring a Part Time Security Officer for a Pharmaceutical Company in Boston MA

Thursday and Friday 3 PM - 11 PM

Starting Pay is $22.15 Per Hour / Paid Orientation / Paid Training

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a commercial real estate location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, observe and report security-related concerns, assist visitors and tenants, and deliver professional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial office areas, common spaces, parking facilities, loading areas, and the property perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, report suspicious conditions or maintenance concerns, and maintain accurate activity and incident documentation.
• Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, vendors, and emergency responders while supporting a welcoming and orderly location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
