ServiceNow Solution Architect, Enterprise Solutions

Job Description We are seeking a leadership role with TCS ESU (TSS) that focuses on proactive value creation and problem solving for stakeholders involved. The position requires experience across industry verticals and the flexibility and initiative to take on other industry domains. 13+ years of experience designing and architecting end-to-end solutions leveraging ServiceNow platform capabilities. Industry-specific consulting and advisory experience with customers, identifying and solving business problems. Multiple transformation program experience in technology, software, professional services, and manufacturing, with in-depth understanding of industry domains and trends. Excellent articulation skills and ability to pitch to CXOs on innovation and thought leadership. Experience working with teams based in multiple time zones. ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred. Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions including custom applications and integrations. Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting language. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to manage diverse teams and project stakeholders (customer and TCS management, ServiceNow). Leadership abilities to inspire and guide teams. Innovation mindset. Qualifications Industry-led advisory and transformation experience. Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – ServiceNow. 7+ years of ServiceNow ecosystem experience. At least 1 industry domain experience (technology, software, professional services, manufacturing). Ability to manage CXOs and customer stakeholders. Nice to Have Certified Application Developer (CAD). Certification Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more areas.
