Education & Experience Requirements

High School Diploma/GED preferred

Qualifications

Dependability to be consistently at work and on time, with the ability to work a flexible schedule that may include all shifts

Basic reading and math skills, including knowledge of fractions and decimals

Basic measuring skills using tape measure and micrometers

Fundamental listening, verbal, written communication skills

Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines throughout production processes

A "team member" mentality with quality assurance mindset

Repetitive standing, bending capability; near/far vision, manual dexterity, multiple limb coordination with moderate lifting capability (up to 65lbs).

Responsibilities

Perform daily inspection of work area to check for safety hazards.

Perform operator actions at a training-level capacity under the direction of a mentor employee as assigned by supervisory personnel, following standard operating procedures and safety protocols.

Perform various general labor duties as assigned daily by supervisory personnel per standard operating procedures and safety protocols.

Perform workstation and surrounding area housekeeping duties as required
