This includes the delivery of evidence-based preventative care, chronic disease management, and addressing urgent care needs as indicated for our pediatric and adult patient population.General Statement Of DutiesThe Facilities Technician participates in a wide variety of facilities service activities, including, but not limited to, maintenance, custodial, grounds, and event tasks as assigned.General Duties(This list may not include all the duties assigned.)Completes assigned facilities tasks in a competent and timely manner. Examples of tasks include:General repairsLighting adjustmentsPaintingAssembling furnitureMoving clinic assetsLight carpentry workSupporting outside contractorsOther tasks as assignedOccasionally expected to complete assigned custodial tasks in a timely mannerOccasionally expected to assist the grounds crew as assignedCompletes assigned even setups and tear downsAssists with A/V setup and provides occasional support during eventsCompletes assigned work orders in a competent and timely mannerCompletes additional reasonable tasks and duties as required.QualificationsMinimum QualificationsAbilities to lift 50 pounds, squat, stoop, climb ladders and carry materials and tools.Basic computer skillsAvailability to occasionally work evening, weekend, and/or overtime.
