Catered Services Manager

Oversees all functions related to catered services

Oversees all functions related to physician dining and lounges

Proper sanitation practices

Responsible for providing relief coverage throughout the department. Other tasks and duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications

Must be able to understand/communicate and read/write basic instructions in English. Must be able to take and record food temperatures. Must be able to drive facility vehicle.

Education

Must be able to understand/communicate and read/write basic instructions in English. Must be able to take and record food temperatures.

Experience

Prefer previous customer service and cooking experience.

Licensure/Certification/Registration/ETC.

Must obtain a food handlers permit from the Cleveland County Health Department before hire or within 1 week of start date. Valid Oklahoma Driver's license.
