Client Service Associate

This position will focus on the Client Service Associate function for the Black Swift Group, LLC. The role is central to both client service and office operations, ensuring the office runs smoothly while delivering excellent support to clients and staff. The individual will be part of a small, dedicated team in our Boulder office. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, professional, and resourceful, and thrives in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Client Service & Administrative Duties Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism Maintain and update our CRM system to ensure accurate client records Attend meetings and prepare clear, detailed notes Prepare and review paperwork with a high degree of accuracy Open client accounts and process money movement requests Communicate directly with clients to gather necessary details and ensure accurate paperwork Support other staff members with administrative or operational tasks as needed Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required (any discipline) Must obtain a Series 65 license within the first few months of hire (study support provided) Prior experience in office management, administrative support, or client service preferred Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce error-free work Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort learning new software and CRM systems Benefits, Qualifications, Location: This is a full-time, in-person position located in Boulder, Colorado. Remote or hybrid work is not available. The salary range, depending on experience, is $80,000–$150,000, plus a competitive benefits package.
