Essential Responsibilities: 

• Take a hands-on leadership approach to support the Company’s vision, brand, and operational standards.
• Uphold elevated service and hospitality standards while holding Team Members accountable to consistent execution.
• Coach, train, motivate, and develop Team Members in hospitality, service, menu execution, systems, and company programs.
• Lead by example while creating a positive, guest-focused team environment.
• Identify solutions and opportunities for process improvement to strengthen restaurant operations.
• Support labor management, scheduling, and overall operational performance.

Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of restaurant, hospitality, or high-volume leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Guest-focused, solution-oriented, and passionate about developing Team Members.
• Ability to multitask and succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs., and perform physical duties required by the position.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.
• Food Handler’s certification may be required based on local or state regulations.
