Director, Marketing

Eurofins Agroscience Services North Carolina

DNA Diagnostics Center seeks a Director of Marketing to lead comprehensive marketing strategy and drive growth across its global DNA testing portfolio. This senior leadership role involves strategic planning, campaign development, international business oversight, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive long and short-term marketing strategies supporting product sales
Lead marketing team fostering innovation, talent development, and operational excellence
Drive impactful campaigns while maintaining fiscal responsibility and tracking performance metrics
Oversee marketing operations for international divisions DDC Worldwide and AgeaCare
Analyze market research, competitive landscape, and identify growth opportunities aligned with regulatory standards

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or MBA preferred
Minimum five years in senior management positions
Familiarity with FDA and regulatory requirements
Prior experience managing budgets exceeding $2 million
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Demonstrated success implementing impactful organizational projects
Knowledge of GMP, ISO-9000, and related regulations preferred
