Senior Director, Global Marketing

Mammotome, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Director of Global Marketing to lead its marketing organization across product management, creative services, and digital channels. This Cincinnati-based role owns portfolio strategy, annual planning, product launches, and go-to-market execution across U.S. and international markets, reporting to the Vice President of Global Commercial Sales. A bachelor's degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead global marketing organization spanning product management, downstream marketing, creative services, and digital channels
• Develop global portfolio strategy, roadmap, and annual marketing planning linked to business objectives
• Translate global strategy into go-to-market plans, sales enablement, campaigns, and field execution support
• Oversee new product launches and lifecycle management including messaging, training, and demand generation
• Direct creative services, marketing communications, trade shows, digital content, and brand standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 15+ years commercial experience including upstream product management and downstream marketing
• Experience across multiple product categories, geographies, and customer segments
• 5+ years leading medical device marketing teams in regulated environment
• Expertise in marketing communications, creative services, digital marketing, and trade shows
• Experience partnering with regional commercial leaders on global-to-local strategy adaptation

Compensation: $210,000-$230,000 annual salary
