Adult Residential Support Professional (Full-Time)

Join a comprehensive Substance Use Disorder treatment facility as an Adult Residential Support Professional. Key Responsibilities Include Supporting, monitoring, and providing positive role modeling for residents within established policies Recording observations, maintaining records, and reporting behaviors Assisting with medication monitoring, hygiene, meal prep, and life skills activities Transporting residents, collecting urine specimens, and administering breathalyzer tests Responding to emergencies, supporting clinical treatment plans, and participating in training Providing educational group activities and basic first aid as needed Qualifications And Skills High School Diploma or GED required; related experience or college credits preferred Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and satisfactory driving record Ability to communicate effectively, work independently, problem-solve, and maintain confidentiality Training in DHS 83 standards preferred but may be obtained post-hire Proficiency with computers, email, and electronic health records systems Work Environment And Physical Demands Community-based residential setting with outdoor activity monitoring Requires standing, walking, bending, and occasional outdoor work Ability to travel up to 25-50% for day trips Benefits Include Loan forgiveness opportunities, health insurance, paid time off, holidays, retirement plans, and employee assistance programs #J-18808-Ljbffr Health Here
