Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Sonographer / Ultrasound Technologist to augment our expanding team of imaging professionals striving for excellence in patient care. Description of Responsibilities

• Execute a variety of ultrasound examinations encompassing abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during all procedures, while delivering clear explanations with empathy
• Work collaboratively alongside radiologists and referring medical professionals to assure the delivery of high-quality diagnostic images
• Skillfully operate and maintain imaging equipment, promptly addressing any malfunctions
• Meticulously document procedures and maintain patient records within our electronic medical system
• Remain informed about advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a closely related field
• Preferably completed a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program

Certifications Required

• Current certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or its equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
