Hours: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm

As an Operations Coordinator, you'll be a key player in ensuring smooth transportation logistics by managing inbound communication, coordinating carrier activities, and maintaining seamless order execution. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and grow within a dynamic environment. After a 4-6 week training period, you'll have the option to work remotely with only 1-2 in-office visits per month.


What You'll Do

As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Managing inbound calls and emails from customers to understand their transportation needs
• Coordinating carrier selection, scheduling appointments, and confirming purchase orders and materials for transportation
• Serving as a liaison between vendors and customers to ensure smooth communication and order execution
• Supporting transportation logistics operations to meet customer expectations and company standards
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to shipments and carrier details

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant customer service or logistics experience
• Strong phone presence and professional communication skills
• Proficiency with computer applications such as Excel or similar software
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset
• Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus

Location & Schedule:
