• Ongoing coverage opportunity -- scheduled clinical hours only
• 90% supervision role -- occasionally performing own cases
• Cases include open heart, thoracic, complex vascular, and spine
• Structural heart cases -- watchman, PFO closures, mitraclip
• CRNA supervision required
• Perioperative echo certification with strong echo capability required
• Must cover all cardiac cases except LVAD and transplant
• Robot-assisted thoracic surgical cases included
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
