This position ensures smooth and timely implementation by managing project plans, coordinating stakeholders, and proactively addressing issues. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator and organizer who thrives in a client-facing, fast-paced environment.Essential Functions- Lead onboarding of Treasury Management payables products for clients.- Facilitate weekly status calls with clients and internal/external stakeholders.- Create, manage, and update project plans, agendas, and meeting minutes.- Coordinate across internal departments, external clients, and third-party vendors to ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule.- Escalate potential obstacles and communicate project status clearly and effectively.- Champion project management best practices to drive efficient onboarding experiences.Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Three to five years of experience in project management activities Preferred Skills/Experience- Strong knowledge of Treasury Management products, customer use cases, and the assigned business line or functional area.- Advanced project management skills with demonstrated leadership and management capabilities.- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve exceptions.- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external clients, and third-party partners.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.Location expectations This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.If there's anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.Benefits:Our approach to benefits and total rewards considers our team members' whole selves and what may be needed to thrive in and outside work.
