Patient Outreach Coordinator

To enhance customer support capabilities, the remote Patient Outreach Coordinator will respond to inbound inquiries from clinical users, troubleshoot platform issues, and support onboarding for new users in a long-term contract role. Key responsibilities Respond to inbound support inquiries from clinical users via phone, email, and chat Troubleshoot platform issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate internal team Document all support interactions accurately in the ticketing system and identify recurring issues for process improvement Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in a customer support or call center role, preferably in healthcare or health tech Experience using a CRM or ticketing system (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar) Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users Demonstrated ability to manage high call/ticket volume while maintaining quality and professionalism
