Grain Facility Coordinator

Benefits This operating position offers competitive pay of $19.00 - $23.50 per hour based on experience . A $1500 sign‑on bonus is included. YOUR DAY

As a Grain Facility Location Operator, each day involves overseeing the receiving, storage, handling, drying, blending, and loading of grain, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. You monitor grain quality and operate equipment while maintaining high service standards. You also keep facilities and equipment clean and well‑maintained for a safe environment. During the agronomy season, you assist the agronomy department, demonstrating adaptability and teamwork. Your exemplary attendance and proactive attitude reflect professionalism and positivity. Requirements Able to meet physical requirements, including prolonged standing, working in confined spaces and at elevated heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders Able to work in conditions such as heat and cold Can lift up to 50 lbs unassisted Possess a valid driver's license Maintain a clean driving record About Us Gold‑Eagle Cooperative is a tight‑knit organization rooted in the vibrant agriculture community of north‑central Iowa.
