Referral center for complex patients, anesthesia coverage for 95% of procedures, busy lab where individual must have stamina and skills to meet expectations. Special Equipment : Biosense Webster Carto, Siemens SC200 ultrasound, Sonosite ultrasound, SIemens P500 ultrasound, Medtronic cryotherapy. GE CardioLab, GE biplane and single plane X-Ray, Baylis RF #Tier3 Travel Compliance SSN DOB RTO should be included at the time of submission (will be approved by unit manager on WOC; no other guaranteed time off. No time off will be granted during the first of week of the traveler s assignment), SSN, DOB, address, phone, and email. Please also make sure to address the traveler s shift availability upfront. Minimum 1 year experience required. VA or compact state must be in hand at time of submittal Locals accepted at same base rate. EPIC charting experience required Facility will review all background hits, etc. Return Staff Policy: Both travelers and permanent staff must be gone for one year before being eligible to return as a traveler. VCU has a natural nail policy. All ER and Psych candidates are required to submit to fingerprinting as outlined in the code of Virginia, 37.1-183.3. The average turnaround time for the results is 15-20 business days. Candidates are NOT allowed to start with results pending. Please plan start dates accordingly.
