HSN Customer Service Specialist

Customer Service Specialist – HSN Remote work from home (Georgia only). Join a fast‑paced team that assists HSN customers by problem‑solving, de‑escalating situations, promoting products, and improving sales while maintaining a high‑paced call volume. What You’ll Do $15.00 per hour plus shift differential and incentives as applicable. Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries. Offer additional products on each customer interaction. Assist customers with questions while personalizing the experience for each caller. Manage calls that may include confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data. What You’ll Bring Provide a distraction‑free work from home environment. 12 months or more of customer service experience. Learn and work in a virtual environment. Communicate with a variety of styles. Navigate multiple systems and screens. Follow HSN computer system requirements. Troubleshoot own technical problems (partner with IT when needed). Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours. Spanish speaking bilingual opportunity available.
