Responsibilities Serve as a PRN operating room circulator, providing safe and competent nursing care to patients in accordance with facility policies and standards. Support the healthcare team by offering professional leadership and ensuring coordination of patient care activities. Apply Patient‑Centered Care principles and demonstrate Service Excellence at all times. Adhere to the Standards of Practice established by the professional nursing associations for competent, safe, and professional practice. One year full‑time experience in an acute OR setting required. RQI BLS, ACLS and PALS required. BLS (Basic Life Support) Healthcare Provider course and all required Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC) Healthcare Provider courses must be completed. Pass any pre‑employment assessment required by the facility. Ability to identify and competently address the needs of the populations served.
