If you're energetic, customer-focused, and excited by a performance-based pay structure, this is an excellent opportunity! Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred. Must have Automotive Sales Experience.

Job Title: Automotive Sales/Product Specialist Location: Berman Nissan of Chicago, Chicago, IL Schedule: Full-Time Uncapped commissions | $125K+ potential

Our Sales/Product Specialists guide customers through their entire car-buying experience, from the first point of contact to the moment they drive off the lot. Your goal is to help customers feel informed, confident, and excited about their purchase.

A Typical Day Includes:

• Engaging with customers via phone, email, text, and in person
• Understanding where each customer is in the buying process and identifying what information they need
• Completing in-depth product demonstrations
• Working with our inventory and acquisition teams to determine market value on trade-ins
• Presenting and explaining purchase terms, including pricing, payments, and loan structures
• Following up with customers to answer questions and ensure a positive experience

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. (3 year minimum)
• Experience in Automotive Sales
• Bilingual in Spanish, preferred
