Human Resources CoordinatorThe Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department. This position assists with recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and general HR functions while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining confidentiality.Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is $20.00 to $23.00. Benefits vary by location and are subject to any legal requirements or limitations, employee eligibility status, and where the employee lives and/or works.Job Responsibilities:Assist with recruiting activities, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and employee documentation.Maintain accurate and confidential employee personnel files and HR records.Process employment-related paperwork, including new hire, status change, and termination documentation.Assist with benefits enrollment and respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.Support payroll by ensuring employee information is accurate and submitted on time.Prepare HR reports and maintain data within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).Monitor compliance with company policies and employment regulations.Coordinate employee training, recognition programs, and other HR initiatives.Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources department.Qualifications:Some experience working in Human Resources or a related administrative role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Education: High School DiplomaAbout Aramark:Rooted in service and united by our purpose, we strive to do great things for each other, our partners, our communities, and our planet.
