- Administer and serve as the main point of contact and user of Paylocity system includes all products from Paylocity
- HR
- Law and State requirements compliance (Mineral support)
- Time and attendance administrator
- Learning
- Workflows
- Recruiting, job posting
- Performance
- payroll compliance
- maintenance of employee records, and more
- Administer all employee relations, benefits,
- Assist with employee relations, such as conflict resolution and investigations, corrective actions
- Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Provide advice and assistance in re-engineering business processes, and organizational development
- Serve as the first point of contact for questions
- Very Strong bilingual
- 2-year experience in HR area
