Senior Bookkeeper (Full-Charge)A well-established manufacturing company is seeking a hands-on Bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day accounting operations for multiple business entities. This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of the accounting function while helping support an exciting transition to a new ERP system. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a smaller company environment, is comfortable wearing multiple hats, and takes pride in being a reliable business partner to the team.Senior Bookkeeper Key Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivableMonitor and follow up on collections activitiesPerform bank and account reconciliationsMaintain general ledger accuracyPrepare monthly financials and assist with month-end and year-end closeCoordinate with the company's outside CPA regarding financial reporting and tax-related mattersSupport the transition from the current accounting system to a new ERP platformAssist with accounting processes across four related entitiesProvide occasional administrative or customer service support as neededSenior Bookkeeper Qualifications:5+ years of bookkeeping or full-charge bookkeeping experienceStrong understanding of AP, AR, collections, reconciliations, and month-end closeExperience working directly with external CPAs and auditorsComfortable operating independently with minimal supervisionManufacturing industry experiencePrior ERP or accounting software experience requiredExperience with Odoo is highly preferred but not requiredProficient in Microsoft ExcelTeam player willing to assist in other areas of the business when neededOrganized, detail-oriented, and dependableThrives in a small company environment where flexibility and initiative are valuedEnjoys taking ownership and improving processesCompensation & Benefits:$75,000 - $95,000 annuallyMedical, Dental & Vision benefits availablePTOIf you're looking for a stable opportunity where you can have visibility across the organization and make a meaningful impact, we'd love to hear from you.
