Join us as an Oil Specialistno experience needed, just a great attitude!/ph3Position Overview/h3pAs an Oil Specialist, youll be responsible for performing basic vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements. This hands-on role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and a focus on delivering excellent customer service. Youll work in a fast-paced environment, often outdoors or in service bays, as part of a team dedicated to keeping vehicles running smoothly./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliPerform upper and lower standardized work for all services offered in the Oil Center./liliMaintain facility (i.e., empty trash, restock inventory, clean floors, etc.)./liliFollow safety rules and procedures in accordance with OSHA and company policies and procedures./liliPerform opening and closing checks in accordance with company policy./liliAssist in training newly hired Oil Specialists./liliEnsure customer satisfaction./liliAnswer questions that customers may have about the services offered by the company./li/ulh3What Were Looking For/h3ulliApplicants must be 18 years or older/liliApplicants must have a valid drivers license/liliNo prior experience required training will be provided/liliReliable, coachable, and eager to learn/liliAble to work on your feet in a service bay setting, exposed to all weather conditions/li/ulh3Work Environment/h3ulliWork takes place in a service bay setting, exposed to all weather conditions/liliFrequent physical activity is required: bending, reaching, stooping, stretching, and stepping in and out of vehicles./liliSafety is a prime concern; you must be alert, move safely around moving cars, and be able to step up into and down out of vehicles./liliAdherence to safety policies is essential, including the use of protective gear (i.e., safety goggles, bump cap, burn gloves, ear protection, etc.)/li/ulh3Perks and Incentives/h3ulliEmployee Discounts start right away!/liliEmployee Referrals - Earn up to $200 per referral!
