Job Description

As a Sr Primavera P6 Program Controls Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in managing and overseeing program controls with a focus on scheduling to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively.

In this role, you will impact the successful delivery of projects by providing expert scheduling support, monitoring project timelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain project schedules and milestones.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sr. Primavera P6 Program Controls Specialist (Schedule) provides distinct and specialized expertise that cannot be absorbed by existing roles, including

• Development and maintenance of fully logic-driven Primavera P6 schedules

• Ownership of baseline schedules, change integration, and re-baseline governance

• Independent critical path and near-critical path analysis

• Schedule risk identification and recovery scenario modeling

• Progress validation and schedule integrity checks

• Forecasting of key milestones to support leadership decision-making

• Compliance with EPC execution standards and client audit expectations

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in program controls, project management, or related roles with a strong emphasis on scheduling.
• 3 years of proven expertise in developing and managing project schedules using industry-standard scheduling tools.
• 3 years of strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies related to scheduling and controls.
• 3 years of experience with project planning and scheduling in Primavera P6
