Machine OperatorShift/Hours: Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Monday 12 Hour shifts. Will be paid for 40 hours Shifts may vary over time and rotate.Pay Rate: $16-$20 plus a shift differentialLocation: East Bernard, TXExperience: 6+ monthsWe are excited to share a new opportunity! We are looking for Machine Operators in East Bernard, TX. You will train to set up, operate, and maintain fabrication and metal-forming machinery used to produce steel and aluminum parts. Apply directly to this posting for immediate consideration!Machine Operator Responsibilities:Basic level of understanding of CNC Controlled piece of equipment, or other manufacturing machines programsFollow visual references on machine and follow the processesAssist with machine tooling, alignment, and basic set up based on job ticketsClean machinery, clear scrap metal and chips, check fluid levels, and report mechanical defects or irregularities immediatelyMust be able to stand, bend, stoop, and walk on concrete floors for 8-12 hours per shiftMaintain a clean and safe working environmentGeneral Laborer / Material Handler Requirements/Skills:Able to work alone and with others0-1 year of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or metal shop environment (vocational training or hands-on trade school coursework is a plus)Basic shop math skills (fractions, decimals, tape-measure reading)Ability to learn how to read shop drawings, weld symbols, and cut sheetsFamiliarity with basic hand and power tools (grinders, drills, deburring tools is a plus)Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, willingness to learn multiple machine stations, and ability to communicate effectively in a team settingAble to pass a pre-employment drug screen and backgroundBenefits of working with PrideStaff:Medical, Rx, and Wellness BenefitsDental and Vision Plan OptionsShort-term Disability401(k) Retirement PlanHoliday PayCompensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $16.00 - $20.00 Per HourAll compensation and pay rates are dependent upon skills and experience.
