- Completion of ACGME or AMA approved residency - REQUIRED , no exceptions
- Board Eligible/ Board Certified in appropriate specialty - REQUIRED
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in clinical medicine programs - REQUIRED , no exceptions
- Experience in correctional health environment - REQUIRED no exceptions
- Texas Medical License (or willingness to obtain within 180 days) - REQUIRED
- At least one professional reference within 24 months - REQUIRED
- Strong leadership, communication, and physician collaboration skills - REQUIRED
- Clean malpractice and license history - HIGHLY PREFERRED
- Spanish proficiency - HIGHLY PREFERRED
- Ability to recruit, develop, and motivate medical teams - REQUIRED
- Experience working in multidisciplinary healthcare environments - REQUIRED
- Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) - REQUIRED no exemption, required at presentation
- Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B? (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED
