Location: Onsite Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm Salary range: $17.00-$21.00 per hour, depending upon experience What work will you perform? Your role involves providing exceptional customer service support, addressing inquiries efficiently, and resolving complex issues promptly. With a minimum of one year of office experience and strong communication skills, you'll play a crucial part in evaluating insurance policies, conducting audits, and assisting with special projects. Using minimal discretion to solve complex problems. Answers phones, handles correspondence, and maintain files as needed. Ask questions when unsure. Respond to all inquiries timely. Prepares documents as needed. Required Minimum Experience and Education High School Diploma or GED One year of customer service experience. Preferred Experience and Education One year of transportation or insurance related experience. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Microsoft Office and Internet knowledge Strong oral and written communication skills Good organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
