Data Analyst

We’re looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. We're seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at solving complex problems, and collaborates effortlessly across teams.

Main job duties include:

• Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases/data systems.
• Filtering and cleaning data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.
• Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques and providing ongoing reports

What you'll do:

• Pro Planning & Performance Tracking — Build and maintain Pro signup/activation goals, QTD pacing, weekly reporting, and “what’s working / not working” analysis across channels.
• Pro Funnel & Metrics Development — Partner with DS to define the Pro funnel end-to-end, stand up key metrics, and own ongoing measurement. Fill the gap DS will not cover.
• Ad-hoc Strategic Analysis — Deep dives on Pro performance (e.g., why activations are off-track, channel mix shifts, conversion diagnostics) to support decision-making

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in data analysis and growth teams
• 5+ years of experience with SQL and statistics.
• Strong team player with strong communication skills.
