Shifts: 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift. Employment Types: Full Time, Temp to Hire, Long Term. Pay Rate: $16.25 - $17.75 / hour.

Duties: As a production associate with Staff Management | SMX at Valeo, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, meeting production and quality goals, keeping safety at the forefront, and being a team player. Automotive Production Associates assist in the manufacturing of automotive parts. You could operate machinery or use small tools. Must stand for the duration of the shift.

Position Requirements: If you are experienced or ready to learn new processes and how to operate various machinery, this is for you! Duties and products will vary day to day, giving you new experiences every shift. Note: You must be available for overtime! Facility is not climate controlled.

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old. Able to Lift 30 pounds. No Education Requirement.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $16.25 - $17.75 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
