Required Skills: Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Gastroenterology Valid PA medical license and DEA license Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience Proficiency in performing standard GI procedures and consultations Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Nice to Have Skills: Experience with advanced procedures such as EUS or ERCP Familiarity with EPIC EMR system Prior experience in a hospital-based setting Ability to manage complex or high-acuity cases effectively Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree from an accredited institution Residency and fellowship training in Gastroenterology At least 1 year of clinical practice in a healthcare facility of similar size and scope Other Requirements: Willingness to support approximately 2 weeks of coverage per month, including weekends and holiday rotations Ability to handle on-call responsibilities, including 24-hour call shifts Support from ancillary staff such as on-site anesthesiologists and physician assistants Must meet credentialing requirements within 90 days; temporary privileges available with a clean file If you are ready to make a difference in patients’ lives while advancing your career in a supportive environment, we encourage you to apply now.
