Your Role in This Adventure

• Performing thorough patient assessments, ordering necessary diagnostic tests, and crafting personalized care plans
• Diagnosing and treating acute, episodic, or chronic conditions, either independently or in partnership with physicians (based on your qualifications)
• Guiding patients and families in disease prevention, wellness strategies, and ongoing disease management
• Prescribing appropriate medications and therapies within your scope of practice
• Engaging in patient follow-ups and chronic care management
• Working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to promote comprehensive patient care

What You Need to Join Our Team

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Essential Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Texas
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C from AANP or ANCC) or an equivalent specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or the capability to obtain within 90 days)
